HR Manager - £33k - Redruth - Part Time - CK9653

Well Placed HR are delighted to have been assigned by a long standing and highly regarded services business based near Redruth. They seek to recruit an experienced HR Manager on a permanent but part time basis (2.5-3days per week).

This is a small but very well-known organisation in Cornwall, which has grown from strength to strength in recent years. With a headcount of around 50, this organisation are looking for an HR generalist to take over the day to day operation HR, as well as have the ability to guide the organisation strategically as they go through their next period of growth.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager ideally qualified to CIPD Level 5 (although this is not essential), with exposure gained in a similar sized business within any sector. Up to date experience in HR policy, employee relations, recruitment and staff management absolutely essential. Above all, an ability to recognise and uphold a great team culture where staff across all departments feel empowered and happy in their work.
