Clinical Lead (Occupational Health Nurse Manager)
Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
Job Type: Permanent - 3-5 Days/week
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Clinical Lead (Occupational Health Nurse Manager) to work in Eastleigh, Hampshire on a permanent basis 3-5 Days/week. The role will involve:
- Supporting Head of Service in delivering a quality Occupational Health Service
- Responsible for managing, leading, coaching and supporting the OHA Clinical Team (OH Advisors and Screening Technicians) with focus, quality and attendance management.
- Ensuring the team are successful in achieving their individual and team performance standards
- Responsible for recruiting and retaining talent
- Represent the OH Team in key business, project and stakeholder meetings
To apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Clinical Lead (Occupational health Nurse Manager) with strong previous experience managing a team and department. You will need to be on part 3 of the NMC register. Knowledge of Meddbase software would be advantageous.
Salary: £53,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
