We have an excellent opportunity for a customer service focused professional to join the Ashtons family as a Weekend Viewing Guide, based in our friendly St Albans office.

The Person:

You will be articulate with a professional appearance and engaging personality. A positive, energetic, 'can do' approach is essential, as is someone who enjoys a busy environment. You must be confident in working with the public, both face to face and on the telephone.

The Role:

The majority of your day will be spent accompanying applicants and prospective buyers to properties. In addition, time will be spent office based, assisting prospective and existing clients on the telephone and in person, delivering the exceptional customer service which Ashtons is renowned for.

Previous experience / skillset

• Previous experience in the Estate Agency Industry would be desired but not essential.
• You will ideally have 2 years+ experience in a customer service or sales environment and be confident in dealing with the public both face to face and on the telephone.
• You will possess the ability to confidently and professionally communicate and conduct viewings with customers looking to purchase properties with high value
• You will need to have excellent time management and organisational skills.
• You will be IT literate and be able to confidently use all Microsoft Packages
• A valid driving license and own car is essential

Working Hours:

Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Salary:

£12.00 per hour
