HR Business Partner

The Opportunity

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading Financial Services institution for a HR Business Partner. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this part-time role (approx. 4 days/week, flexible) involves a range of responsibilities including HR advisory, ER, caseload management, resourcing, engagement, and senior stakeholder partnering. The role also includes collaboration with the L&D team to enhance management skills in performance management and ER issues. A focus on future projects is also expected.

The Person

The ideal candidate should:

  • Possess robust HR generalist experience, with a focus on ER, employee lifecycle, and project management.
  • Exhibit excellent relationship building, stakeholder management skills, and influence across various seniority levels and specialisms.
  • Be forward-thinking and proactive.
  • Have experience with wellbeing programmes, DE&I, and benefits, which could be advantageous considering future plans.
  • Have experience working across multiple sites.
  • Be highly organized and adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
  • Be open to travel within the East Midlands and expect to be onsite at the Hinckley Head Office 2/3 days a week in this hybrid role.
