An exciting opportunity has come up to join a fantastic regional Law firm based in Greater Manchester, who are looking for an experienced solicitor is atleast Grade B qualified  to expand their Court of Protection team.

Their existing team specialises in Court of Protection work, taking care of the welfare and assets of someone who through age or infirmity may not have capacity to look after their own affairs.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in this area, including experience managing their own caseload, with support from paralegals already with the team. The successful candidate will preferably have prior experience of or the willingness to supervise more junior members of the team and willing to assist the Team Leader in in the development and marketing of the team.
