Job Title: Administrator (part time)

Location: Southampton, Hampshire

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (pro-rata)

Job Description:

We’re supporting our client with their job search for a wealth administrator, they’re based in North Baddesley on the outskirts of Southampton and because of their ongoing success they’re seeking a part-time administrator. They’re an independent practice that focus on being reliable, approachable, honest, and trustworthy not just with the clients but within the team.

Within this role you will be responsible for supporting the clients and wider team with the following duties:

- Collate information for, and create letters of authority

- Liaise with clients and providers

- Create and maintain client files, update systems and extrapolate data from provider information packs

- Respond to telephone, email and written enquiries

- Arrange meetings, book appointments, meet and great clients/visitors that attend the office

- Submit new business, fund switches and withdrawals as well as monitoring progress to completion

- Assist with client reports

- Use Microsoft office packages to create documents/reports

Skills and experience required:

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Ability to meet deadlines and manage own workload

· Financial Services Experience desirable

· Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook) (essential)

· FE Analytics (desirable)

· Confident with interacting with clients

· Being able to work both independently and as a team
