Job Title: Prepper/ Paint Sprayer                                          

Salary: £13 - £15.50per hour depending on experience, overtime available        

Location: Worcestershire                           

Type: Permanent

Hours: 0730-1600 Monday to Friday

The role:

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for an experienced Prepper and Paint sprayer to join our client in Worcestershire who are a specialist manufacturer within their field.  They have been established over 50 years and have a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and quality products.

Due to continuous investment and redevelopment, they have a new role to join their team in their modern and busy paint shop. Our client offers service, repairs, refurbishment, and inspections to rescue & recovery, HGV, trailers, light commercial vehicles, and coaches.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for all elements of the process including prep work, paining, priming & polish
• Painting of commercial vehicles and components to achieve the highest standard of finish
• Working in a busy and fast paced environment and the ability to manage your own workload
• You will be completing insurance jobs with companies such as RAC & AA

Skills and experience sought:

• Time proven experience within a similar role is essential
• Strong knowledge of paint application techniques, surface preparation, and paint mixing
• Experience of two-pack paint essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Have the ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload
