Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Part-Time* Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a growing Business in South Hampshire. For the right person, the client is offering a very competitive:

Up to £28,000 FTE plus excellent benefits

*Please note this is a part-time role of 20-22.5 hours per week spread over 3-5 days per week.

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Maintain cost effective pricing by evaluating quotes
• Ensure sales order details are correct for the sales team
• Create invoices for all orders
• Register all licence invoices into the company database
• Process proforma invoices where appropriate as well as credit notes
• Maintain and create new customer accounts
• Maintain price lists
• Oversee credit control process
• Customer query resolution, liaising with other members of the team to work to efficient resolution
• General finance admin and assist with audit
• Review processes and practices for continual improvement
• General admin and some assistant with minor HR duties as required
• Ensure expenses are overseen and correctly coded
• Place orders of office materials

Person specification:

• Strong experience working in Accounts Receivable
• Close attention to detail and organisation skills
• Positive can-do attitude and happy to get involved
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
