Are you a dynamic finance professional eager to make an impact in a rapidly growing business? Morgan King are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a drive financial excellence as they continue their exciting journey of expansion and success.

The business is a family owned SME, with current turnover of £4.5 million, going through growth and expansion.

For this position you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring growth

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely management accounts providing clear insights including profit and loss analysis
• Every day transactional accounts including purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control
• Preparation of budgets, projections and cashflows
• Making strategic decisions regarding break even points
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights into business performance
• Stakeholder management, both internal and external parties
• Responsible for supporting business through growth and change

Requirements

• Previous experience making strategic decisions to improve business growth
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience
