Property Manager (Part time) - Braintree CM7

Our Established Independent Lettings & Property Management firm based in Braintree CM7 Essex are looking for an experienced Property Manager to assist the Property management department on a Part-time basis.

The successful applicant:
will help service a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Implement procedures.
• Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing rental properties
• Be fully conversant with current regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Management
• Striving to exceed individual targets and standards.
• Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunities.
• Striving to exceed customer expectations
• Handling complaints and providing solutions
• Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
• Ensuring compliance
• Supporting the team when required.
• Some experience in dealing with Section notices 21 & 8

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

• Minimum 2 years Property Management Experience
• The candidates must have intermediate computer literacy.
• Experience of lettings/property management software packages
• Be able to manage their own workload.
• A full valid driving license is essential.

The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 3 Days a week or four to five days with reduced hours.

Salary range will be £30,000pa pro rata
