COMMERCIAL VALUER/CHARTERED SURVEYOR

HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00 - 5:30PM (PART-TIME HOURS CONSIDERED)

LOCATION: REMOTE WORKING BUT MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO OFFICES BASED IN KENT

SALARY: £55K

A well established and successful company are looking for an articulate, intelligent and experienced Commercial Valuer/Chartered Surveyor

To be considered for this role you must be a Commercial Valuer/Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) and an RICS Registered valuer and able to show you have extensive valuation and landlord and tenant knowledge within the commercial residential development sector.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Working within the Valuation and Leasehold department, as a Commercial Valuer/Chartered Surveyor assisting in providing a range of professional surveying services.

DUTIES

• Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals
• Undertake a range of valuation instructions
• Valuing properties by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property market
• Taking measurements of sites and premises
• Visiting sites at all stages of development
• Writing detailed reports

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Use and understanding of Valuation Exchange
• Must have a full UK Driving Licence and full use of a car
• Using development software such as ProDev
• Good communication skills
• Good IT skills
• Be a member or fellow of the RICS
