Accounts Manager - Construction - Up to £45k - Leigh on Sea - hybrid & flexible working

AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a Leigh-on-Sea based family run Construction company.

The Company

They specialise in property maintenance, landscaping, commercial re-fit and refurbishments and also run various residential projects as well.

Due to the business growing rapidly, they need someone to join them to head up and take ownership of the Accounts, working closely with the MD, PA/ Office Manager and external Accountant.

This is an excellent and rewarding opportunity for someone to shape the role, implement processes and improvements, growing with the business.

The Role

• Invoicing
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card expenses
• Monitoring costs, against projects
• Payroll, small monthly payroll
• CIS payments
• Managing subcontractors and payments
• Analysing and ensuring all ok - sub against price
• Responsible for all PO's
• Managing payments
• Cash flow
• Credit Control

The Package

• In the region of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on hours and experience
• Hybrid working, 2 days per week office based
• Can accommodate compressed / school hours
• Flexible working
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
