David Alexander Removals is a reputable removal company dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients. They are currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Supervisor to join their dynamic team.  As an Assistant Supervisor you will play a vital role in the smooth delivery of an exceptional Removal service from organising jobs, managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will need the following:

• Have the ability to follow notes, requirements and instructions on each removal.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Have the ability to professionally lead the staff by ensuring tasks are allocated effectively and carried out efficiently.
• Possess good communication skills
• Problem solver with a can-do attitude

Typical Daily Routine:

• Start the day at 07:00am at our yard.
• Organising paperwork.
• Preparing vehicles for the day ahead.
• Ensure staff are fit for the day ahead
• Communicate with the customer

Requirements:

• Valid Driving Licence and experience driving a 3.5 Ton Luton van.
• Ability to work well as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership & communication skills.
• Positive and friendly attitude, with a focus on delivering excellent customer services.

Wages: £26,000 - £31,200 - subject to experience
