Part-Time HR

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (Pro Rata) Depending on level of experience

Location: Salford

Part-Time: Permanent

Job Role

* Keeping on top of documents being signed.

* Making sure compliance policies are signed and up to date.

* Ensuring CPD certification is uploaded and up to date.

* Ensuring Risk Assessments are up to date.

* Communicating between departments on HR related topics.

* Publishing news feeds and information on internal HR system.

Communicating with team leaders on new starters.

* Arranging new DBS checks for new starters and keeping on top of renewal DBS checks.

* Ensuring first aid courses and equipment is up to date, including fire marshal courses.

* Composing confidential HR letters.

* Organising staff performance reviews.

* Ensuring return to work forms are completed.

* Further Ad-Hoc responsibilities working closely with GM.

Days/ Hours of Work

* 2 Days a week - 08:30am - 17:30pm (days are flexible)

* OR 16 hours per week, split over Monday Friday
