Private Associate Dentist for a private-only practice with a long-established list.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly associate Dentist to join our team to look after a long-established private fee per-item list (FPI). The established list is due to the owner reducing her FPI for dental patients to concentrate on in-house Denplan care patients. The excellent income and new patient inquiries will ensure you remain busy with a great mix of general dentistry. 50/50 split available.

We are a long-established, fully private, independently owned general dental practice with an experienced, friendly, supportive team to support and assist you.

We are based in Matlock, Derbyshire, in the heart of the beautiful peak district, with car parking near the practice.

Our three-surgery practice is fully computerised, with digital X-rays and rotary endodontic machines, and all surgeries are air-conditioned and of decent size.

· 1-2 days a week - 9.00 am -5:00 pm (days flexible but ideally Monday/ Wednesday as these days patients are currently allocated to but there is some flexibility to move these days of the week)

· 7-hour shift (1 hour lunchtime 1-2 pm)

· GDC registration & Indemnity cover are essential

· Valid DBS essential

· Bachelors and postgraduate qualification preferred

· Dentistry 3yr+ preferred

Salary: between £500-£700 a day.

Expected hours: 7 - 14 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Matlock, DE4 3FD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor's essential
• A master degree or MJDF/MFDS is desirable

Experience:

• Dentistry: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• GDC Registration (preferred)
