Adecco are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join a tight knit team as an School office administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Managing and maintaining office records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all calendars are up-to-date.
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Assisting with financial processes, including billing, invoicing, and petty cash management.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle competing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £23,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a range of benefits, including pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
