Location: Stockbridge

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Part Time, Monday - Friday 9:30-2:30 (25 hours a week)

Pay rate: £13ph

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the sales and finance teams with day-to-day tasks
  • Manage incoming calls, helping customers with orders and queries and greet visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation to maintain an orderly and efficient office environment. and
  • Data entry and processing international and local shipping needs.
  • Support the office with general tasks, such as ordering office supplies and coordinating maintenance requests.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous administrative and office based experience
  • Confident user of e-commerce sites including Shopify, Amazon and eBay
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite and email management systems.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
