We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Leader in the Peterborough area. Someone with a focus on Behaviour. As a Senior Leader with a Behavioral Focus, you will spearhead initiatives to promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and positivity within the organization.

Roles and responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Set organisation goals (short and long term)
• Decision making: Make key decisions based on data analysis and stakeholder input.
• Leadership and Management: Provide guidance, delegate tasks and train staff members.
• Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain relationships.
• Performance analysis: Monitor organizational performance and implement change strategies.
• Behaviour: Develop and implement behavioral strategies.

• Qualified teacher status
• Worked at Senior leadership level.
• Knowledge, understanding and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
• Experience in getting results in Behaviour.
• Displays an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people.
