Salary :£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year pro rota

Hours: 20-25 per week, The job is part-time, with an hours contract.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Maintain accurate financial records by performing data entry
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Resolve discrepancies in bank statements
• Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure accurate financial information

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Accounting or a similar role
• Proficiency in Xero and/or QuickBooks accounting software
• Strong comprehension of accounting principles
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
