My client is a thriving, independent mortgage and protection specialist looking to recruit employed mortgage advisers to join their team. My client will consider both full time or part time advisers and whilst your presence in the office would be preferred hybrid working is also possible on a discretionary basis.

This is an exciting role for either an experienced candidate, or a candidate who has their CEMAP qualifications and is looking to hone their skillset working with an industry leading team.

You will need to be an excellent salesperson who can easily build rapport whilst closing sales as well as nurturing existing clients and providing them with up to date industry knowledge.

Basic salary is between £22,000 - £24,000 per annum based on experience with incentives to increase after hitting set targets. (My client would also consider a guarantee for the initial 3 months) There is a generous commission space in place with uncapped earnings although you can expect to earn between £45,000 - £65,000 easily. There are also commissions for protection sales, pension contribution, free parking on site and company events.
