Description

  • Raising PO's on Excel
  • Placing orders: non capital items
  • Invoice processing
  • Credit Card reconciliation, also allocation of spend
  • Set up new suppliers
  • Query resolution with all suppliers
  • Supplier reconciliation
  • Supporting the wider finance function with ad hoc projects

Purchasing & AP - Part Time

  • Able to work part time!
  • Previous exposure within accounts/purchasing departments
  • Strong team player who can be flexible with multiple tasks
  • Strong excel usage
  • Good organisational skills
