Placing orders: non capital items
Invoice processing
Credit Card reconciliation, also allocation of spend
Set up new suppliers
Query resolution with all suppliers
Supplier reconciliation
Supporting the wider finance function with ad hoc projects

Able to work part time!
Previous exposure within accounts/purchasing departments
Strong team player who can be flexible with multiple tasks
Strong excel usage
Good organisational skills
