*Position Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Internal Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing approximately 200 accounts within the SME space. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain strong client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities


- Proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 200 SME accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored telecommunications solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue generation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and acting as a primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for account growth and expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities and communications using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications and Skills


- Previous experience in a similar account management role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks and managing a large account portfolio effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
