We are recruiting for a global business, with lovely offices in Watford. They are looking for an experienced Administrator, to join their busy buying team - supporting with everything admin related!

We are looking for:

  • Someone with previous office admin experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the buying team in the product selection process
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and stock levels using the inventory management system.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, track shipments, and manage delivery schedules
  • Support the buying team in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company
  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle from selection to discontinuation, ensuring a fresh and relevant product range
  • Prepare reports and analyses on buying trends, inventory levels, and supplier performance to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide product information for promotional activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the buying process, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
