We are recruiting for a global business, with lovely offices in Watford. They are looking for an experienced Administrator, to join their busy buying team - supporting with everything admin related!
We are looking for:
Someone with previous office admin experience
Excellent attention to detail
Great communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the buying team in the product selection process
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and stock levels using the inventory management system.
Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, track shipments, and manage delivery schedules
Support the buying team in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company
Assist in managing the product lifecycle from selection to discontinuation, ensuring a fresh and relevant product range
Prepare reports and analyses on buying trends, inventory levels, and supplier performance to support decision-making.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide product information for promotional activities.
Handle administrative tasks related to the buying process, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
