Job Overview

Our client eShores is seeking an Aftersales Administrator / Ticketing Agent to join their professional and dynamic team. The Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the Travel Sales agents by checking all elements are booked correctly, matching up invoices and preparing their clients' ticket packs for their Holiday.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent customer service attitude and confident communication skills with a professional phone manner, they must be able to focus on attention to detail and take ownership of their work.

Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, taking balance payments, and assisting with client queries.
  • Matching up invoices
  • Print, Prepare and distribute clients ticket packs
  • Franking post and taking it to the post office
  • Banking payments.
  • Professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • -Assisting with booking elements such as transfers & tours.


Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Travel Industry is preferred
  • Confident in using websites
  • Excellent Customer service attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and use initiative
  • Show excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in a professional manner.
