The Opportunity....
Nigel Wright is working with an exciting International company who due to an extremely busy period are looking to add a Temporary person to their existing team within Accounts Payable/Receivable experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make the role their own and grow with the organisation.

The Job...
This will be a busy and varied role and would suit someone who enjoys working  in a fast paced environment to manage their own workload and ensure work is completed within the specific deadlines. Some of the key duties will be:

• Process Accounts and incoming payments in compliance with he company financial policies
• Financial transactions, verifying and recording accounts receivable information
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank payments
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly recorded.
• Daily conversations with external organisations to chase information and process outstanding invoices.
• Resolve any discrepancies, amending and updating
• Sending bill reminders and facilitating the payment of invoices

What we are looking for...
This positions requires someone with proven experience within Accounts Payable & Receivable processing large volumes of accounts. This could be the role for you if you have some of the following experience/attributes:

• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable within a fast paced environment
• Confident speaking to a wide variety of people consistently to ensure accounts are completed.
• Ability to use your own initiative to organise a busy workload and ensure deadlines are met.
• Able to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Accuracy and a keen eye for details when processing large volumes of information
