Business Finance Administrator

This business has been a creatively driven, results-based, full-service agency that believes in developing strong and proactive client relationships. Theyhave been delivering successful marketing and advertising campaigns nationally across the UK for more than 25 years.
Due to its continued success the company is looking to recruit a Business and Finance Administrator to join the central business support function and provide administration support for all heads of department and keeping the system that manages the client campaigns up to date. There will be close liaison with the finance function to ensure accurate information is provided in a timely manner.
COMPETENCIES:
The company would like to hear from applicants who have demonstrable experience of office and business administration procedures with mature IT literacy skills aligned with Microsoft Office365 applications, with an emphasis on spreadsheet and database management.
Person Specification:

  • Live within a commutable distance
  • Proven Finance experience (preferably accounts payable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a team and on own initiative
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Digital marketing exposure would be an advantage
