Account Manager

We are working with a growing LegalTech company who are looking to add an Account Manager to their team.

They were founded in 2015 & are empowering legal teams to work more efficiently and speedily, giving them the edge over their competitors. They offer a unique all in one platform that enables legal professionals to speed up compliance processes, enhance digital security, simplify payment methods, send documents securely, simplify communications between client & employees with their in-app chat facility, & many more.

Basically it takes away all the pain and longevity of the 'small stuff' leaving fee earners to concentrate on revenue making tasks.

They currently work with around 450 clients and you would be responsible for owning a pipeline of about 60-80 SMBs. There is a dedicated Helpdesk team in place who deal with daily enquiries, leaving you responsible for the likes of onboarding, demo presentations, upselling and renewals.

Working with SMBs there is a lot of scope for upsells, as they normally sign on for one part of the platform and then will build out from there. They are quicker upsells too than the larger corporates, as there are less levels of decisions makers to get things signed off.

They work in a very consultative approach, in which they hold thorough service reviews to find out their pain points and adapt their sell accordingly in a bespoke manner. Their retention rate is high; 97%. The feedback they have is it's an excellent platform that legal terms come to rely on, so it ends up selling itself.

You get commission on upsells. Currently you should expect to take home an additional 4-5k, however they are consistently growing and evolving their products so this is expected to grow over time too.
