Registered Nurse

Our well-established client located in Bristol, are seeking a Registered Nurse to join their friendly team with flexible Full time or Part time - Permanent basis with a salary up to £37,227 (plus enhancements) on offer dependent upon experience. Shift Patterns include Day shifts - 7am to 7:30pm, Night shifts - 7pm to 7:30am.

Job Overview

Located in Bristol Hospital, 76 beds spread over eight wards offering a diverse range of services including Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU), eating disorders, acute and rehab and recovery. This offers opportunities to gain experience of working in a number of different services.

The hospital is overseen by an approachable and dynamic senior management team and has excellent links with local universities, which provides plenty of opportunities to gain experience of dealing with complex cases.

Main Responsibilities

Registered Nurse is required to deliver high quality, service users focussed care. Participate in the development of new services and care pathways, Supporting the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy. To engage in continuous quality improvement within your service.

Skills Required

Skill required for Registered Nurse.

Registered nurse with active NMC PIN with 12 months post qualifying experience

Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality.

Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
