We're looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role to help deliver excellent service and manage our Floor Team of approximately 60 people.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism at all times, will have excellent management and leadership skills, will need to demonstrate awareness of good financial practice, including stock margins, GP and wage control and demonstrate exceptional drinks knowledge
