Main Area of Responsibility:
 Become part of the prestigious ESPA family, undergoing comprehensive training in a variety of advanced treatments, including but not limited to:

• Advanced facials
• Bamboo massage
• Pre-natal treatments
• Mindful massage
• Deep muscle massage
• Mii manicures and pedicures
• Dermaplaning
• Execute all treatments with the utmost precision and care, adhering to our 5-star standards.
• Stay updated with the latest treatment protocols and product launches, ensuring every guest receives the latest in spa innovation.
• Maintain impeccable personal appearance, reflecting the professionalism and elegance of our environment.
• Offer personalized aftercare and retail recommendations, enhancing guests' well-being and satisfaction.
• Achieve retail targets and enjoy exciting product incentives.
• Foster a positive and motivated atmosphere, both with guests and colleagues.

About You:

• Hold a recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2&3, BTEC, CIDESCO).
• ESPA training is advantageous, though not mandatory; continuous training is integral to your role.
• Experience in delivering various spa treatments, particularly in facials, body therapies, manicures, or pedicures.
• Possess exceptional guest service skills, ensuring each interaction is memorable and satisfying.
• A deep-rooted passion for the spa industry, with a commitment to delivering unparalleled treatment experiences.

Salary:

• Up to £23,000 per year + attractive benefits package

Contract Type:

• Full-time and part-time roles available, offering flexibility tailored to your needs.
