Part Time Marketing Manager

Success Recruit are currently working with an office refurbishment business, seeking a passionate Part time Marketing Manager to join their forward thinking & growing team.

The successful Part Time Marketing Manager will become an integral member of the organisation, responsible for the day-to-day management, planning, and delivery of their marketing strategy. Skills demonstrating creativity and excellent attention to detail is essential for this position.

The successful Part time Marketing Manager will be expected to:

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in a marketing position, ideally a growing business
  • Demonstrate experience planning & writing impactful marketing communications and content
  • Be able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks
  • Have strong IT skills - with experience using Design Tools, social media, and Wordpress

Purpose of the role / Job Specification:

The Part time Marketing Manager will report to the Commercial Director and work closely with a marketing consultant as well as the wider team to ensure seamless streamlining of marketing strategies across the business. Working across a broad spectrum of marketing channels both online & offline, creating engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and reputation is required.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Taking ownership of the business’s central marketing and planning calendar - across various channels
  • Attending internal meetings and confidently presenting fresh ideas to the wider team, supporting the delivery of the business’s overall marketing strategy
  • Maintaining a strong portfolio of marketing assets
  • Curating client success stories and testimonials to use as marketing material
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and driving the business’s presence across digital & social media platforms
  • Keeping website presentable, engaging, and up to date with the latest content
  • Managing social media - delivering consistent, relevant, and creative posts
  • Creating impactful award-entries and PR content
  • Working closely with inhouse design team to deliver creative assets
  • Integrating marketing activity into their CRM system
  • Conduct audience and market research as required
  • Maintaining stock levels of company branded products such as stationary, business cards, and other promotional items
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of social events & strategy days
  • Networking and general management of stakeholders

This opportunity is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for increasing brand awareness and confidence in their abilities to elevate a growing, family-run business to the next level.

An interest in the Build & Design / Fit-out industry is desirable but not essential.

Hours: Part-time (1 - 2 days per week with longer term extending to 3 days), 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: DOE up to £40k pro rata
