A great opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to work for my client who have a team of circa 20 employees. The role is part time 24 hours a week, covering 4 or 5 days.
Job Description
The role of the administrator is to provide cover and support to the Contracts & Finance Managers on a part time 24 hours a week basis, spread over 4 or 5 days
Finance
Assist the Finance Manager with monthly invoicing (inbound and outbound) including checking timesheets/ Purchase Orders and raising invoices. Invoicing is a large part of the role, therefore experience with invoicing is a pre requisite.

This role is Part-time - office based
4 days per week (approx. 24 hours per week)/6 hours per day 9.30-4pm (half an hour for lunch), or 5 hours per day over 5 days also feasible (9.30-2.30pm).
Negotiable hourly rate, circa £14.00 per hour.
Holiday 20-25 days a year pro rata
