Transactions Tax Senior Manager/Director - Infrastructure

Your new company
This Big 4 Accountancy Firm is looking to grow its already sector-leading Infrastructure Tax Team (which sits in the wider Private Equity Team) by recruiting an additional 2 Directors and 2 Senior Managers.

They have the most successful team in Infrastructure in the market, with an equally gender-diverse dedicated group of 4 sector leading Partners. The team is based in London and the regions, and are looking to add real talent from anywhere in the UK, in order to further excel their growth. You will be joining a great team with a real focus on employees, genuine investment and career progression. This role is great for anyone looking for opportunities to expand their knowledge and follow a clear career path.

Your new role
Within your new role, you will be working on high profile and market leading transactions - of up to £20 billion. You will have the opportunity to gain some wide-range experience, all while covering all core areas of transactional work. Some of these will include, but are not limited to corporate deals, private equity, clean-tech, distressed debt, turnaround transactions, and restructuring. You will support younger members of the team and ensure all work is complete to the highest standard in a timely manner. On top of that, you will work closely with clients as well as members from the Private Equity team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have previous experience and good understanding of Transactional Tax. Knowledge of Infrastructure Tax is preferred but not essential. You will have experience of managing staff and enjoy working with a team of people.

What you'll get in return
This is an attractive proposition with a very clear path to Equity Partner (looking to bring another two Partners through in the next 1-4 years). In return, you will be joining the most successful Infrastructure team within the market and have the benefits of working within a small team culture, while receiving help and support from the wider Private Equity team. Your progression opportunities will be clear (and achievable!) and you will have a clear identity in the business. On top of that, you can be based anywhere in the UK (with only occasional trips to London) and receive competitive salary and benefits package.
