Remote supervising social worker - Independent Fostering Agency

Salary up to £39,000

NonStop Social Care is looking for a remote supervising social worker to join an Independent Fostering Agency on a permanent contract.

The fostering agency is based in Thetford however you will work remotely and will need to be present in the office once per month. Your carers will be based in Fenland and Norfolk regions. The agency is dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that will support your development. The agency has established therapeutic guidelines and works with therapeutic models to support carers and children in placement.

Responsibilities

The remote supervising social worker will supervise a caseload of families of approximately 12 carers. You will work independently and manage your own diary which means you will have a lot of flexibility in this role.
