Supervising social worker - Independent Fostering Agency

Salary up to £38,000 + allowances

NonStop Social Care is looking for a supervising social worker to join an Independent Fostering Agency on a permanent contract.

The fostering agency is based in Sunderland however you will benefit of hybrid working arrangements. Your carers will be based in North East region allocated as close to your home location as possible. The agency has Outstanding Ofsted, is high-standards and with a great structure that will support your development.

Responsibilities

The supervising social worker will supervise a caseload of families of approximately 12 carers. You will work independently and manage your own diary which means you will have a lot of flexibility in this role.
