Description
Oversee all payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle HR administrative tasks, including employee records and benefits management.
Support the Accounting & Finance department in budgeting and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Liaise with other departments to streamline HR and payroll processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Respond to employee queries regarding payroll and HR matters.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Part-time Payroll/HR Officer should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in payroll software and HR systems.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with the Transport & Distribution industry's regulations and standards.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
Job Offer
A competitive salary ranging between £18,000 - £24,000 per annum. Pro Rata
A part-time role offering 18-20 hours per week.
A generous holiday allowance of 25 days per year.
