Our exclusive client based in Wigan are currently recruiting for a part time accounts assistant to support their team. The client can be flexible on days worked and start and finish times. The weekly hours are 22-25 hours.
Duties include:
Inputting purchase invoices
Dealing with supplier queries
Reconciling supplier statements
Inputting payroll information
Collating information for starters and leavers
Other adhoc accounting duties
You will have previous purchase ledger experience, payroll experience isn’t essential as this will be trained. You need to be accurate, a good team player and be used to working in a busy accounts department. A good Excel user would also be beneficial.
In return you will be paid a competitive salary, good holidays and pension, free on site parking and have flexibility with your working hours.
