Customer Service & Sales Representative (Part Time)

A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service & Sales Representative has opened for a driven and target orientated individual to join a thriving business in West Kent.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and sales experience and a confident ability to communicate with customers. You will also be capable of managing several concurrent workflows.

As a Customer Service Sales & Service Representative you will be dealing with inbound and outbound customer calls or live chat requests, where you will provide advice to customers to reach a solution and up-sell and cross-sell further products.

Duties include:

• Providing the customer with technical support through phone & live chat 
• Keeping customer records updated
• Providing customers with the best sales solution
• Upsell and cross sell products to new and existing clients.
• Generate leads for new customers.
• Answer a high level of calls in line with a compliance-based framework.

To be considered for this role you will have/be:

• Excellent communication skills
• A natural sales ability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Efficient in customer relationship management (CRM)
• Experience in lead generation

You will be required to commit to 6 weeks full time in the training academy when you join.
