Wills and Trusts Supervision Lawyer


Your new company

Our client is looking for experienced Wills and Trust lawyers to join their well-established department and currently have several positions available. Our client offers both part-time and full-time working patterns with flexible and agile (home) working environment, so you can adjust your hours to suit your personal circumstances. This role is a home working position involving some travel to one of their offices nationally. (For example their Bristol office is based just outside of Bristol city centre, and they are located in a very commutable location from South Wales, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.)


Your new role

In this role, you'll be operating in a team of experienced lawyers and will be working in a supervisory capacity. You will be reviewing the preparation of wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney focusing on quality assurance and progression of files. You will constantly be liaising closely with the estate planning team along with ensuring that compliance and regulatory standards and processes are consistently met. This role has no fee-earning targets or chargeable hours. You will be offered a fantastic opportunity to grow and succeed in a fast-growing area of the business.

What you'll need

These roles are open to experienced private client lawyers and would suit someone with a solid background in Wills and trusts. You will be qualified as a solicitor, CILEX or STEP qualification. With strong technical knowledge in estate planning and solid legal and wills writing experience you should also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, great team-working skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a range of colleagues.
