Accounts Assistant

A fantastic opportunity to join a busy, friendly team. You will be assisting with a range of accounting duties including:

  • Purchase ledger duties
  • Sales ledger duties
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Answering client queries
  • Entering data on to systems and posting
  • Checking prior account to ensure all information entered correctly and undertaking corrections of any errors
  • Undertaking general administration duties as needed
  • Assisting with VAT returns

The company can consider those looking for full or part-time hours, circa 25 hours per week and upwards, but have a strong preference that the hours are undertaken across 5 days per week for full-time. Previous experience using Xero would be beneficial but not essential. It would be highly beneficial if you're available immediately or at short notice.
