Purchase ledger duties
Sales ledger duties
Assisting with bank reconciliations
Answering client queries
Entering data on to systems and posting
Checking prior account to ensure all information entered correctly and undertaking corrections of any errors
Undertaking general administration duties as needed
Assisting with VAT returns
The company can consider those looking for full or part-time hours, circa 25 hours per week and upwards, but have a strong preference that the hours are undertaken across 5 days per week for full-time. Previous experience using Xero would be beneficial but not essential. It would be highly beneficial if you're available immediately or at short notice.
