I am recruiting for an excellent organisation based in Witham who are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team on a permanent part-time basis. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and friendly small team environment. The role will involve working closely with other members of team, managing a shared Inbox and communicating effectively both internally and externally.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy and varied role alongside working in a team environment.

Duties will include:

  • Order processing using Sage (experience with Sage is beneficial however not essential as full training will be provided)
  • Raising and PO Numbers
  • Managing a shared inbox ensuring emails are actioned in a prompt and timely manner
  • Updating customer and order information
  • Answering incoming calls, assisting where possible and taking messages
  • Responding the customer and client emails
  • Working within a small team environment communication effectively
  • Administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Applicants must be experienced within Administration (3-5 years) in an office environment in order to be considered for this position.

Monday-Friday, 9:30am-1:30pm
21k-24k pro-rata salary dependant on experience
Free parking
Own transport is required due to company location and the position is fully office based.
