The Company
Are you a skilled Company Secretary looking for a dynamic part-time opportunity in a rapidly growing ecommerce business. Our client is a thriving player in their sector and are seeking a proactive and experienced Company Secretary to join the team. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our business while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

The Role
With responsibility in all matters of corporate governance, you will ensure the company complies with financial and legal requirements, whilst managing and overseeing risk management strategies. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate Board meetings and prepare relevant documents
  • Advise the Board and management on company law and governance
  • Act as a key point of contact for external regulators and advisers
  • Oversee the company's corporate governance framework
  • Assist in the development of company strategy and policy

The Person
With proven experience as a Company Secretary, you will have a strong understanding of corporate governance principles and legal requirements. Alongside excellent organisational and multitasking abilities and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills you will have proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of relevant software and the ability to establish a function the has previously been outsourced.
