Quality Systems Administrator

This is a great opportunity on a full time or part time basis! Our client is seeking a Specifications Technologist to join their Quality and Technical team. If you're someone who enjoys working collaboratively and values a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, this could be the perfect fit for you!

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations, from handling customer and supplier queries to enhancing processes to meet quality objectives. With a focus on growth and progression, this position offers a supportive environment where you can thrive.

What's in it for you? A competitive salary of £24,000 to £28,000, as well as the opportunity to work flexibly. This role can accommodate part time hours if needed – e.g 25-30 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the Supplier approval process
• Completing customer questionnaires accurately
• Compiling product specifications with attention to detail
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Supporting NPD activities and documentation
• Generating reports to support decision-making
• Ensuring traceability for BRCGS Standard compliance

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience with food specifications
• Ability to liaise effectively with customers
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• A driving license (advantageous due to company location)
