Platinum Care are offering an exiting opportunity to join our well established care team. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated care workers to make a real difference to our clients lives. The aim of this position is to enable our clients to be able to remain at home supporting their independence as much as possible in a safe manner.

We will be looking for someone who has a good work ethic, reliable and has a passion to make a difference to our clients lives.

It is essential you have a driving licence and access to a car

An enhanced DBS is required for the role

We provide a two tier training programme which consists of E-learning and Face to Face

Areas of work

• Waterlooville
• Havant
• Porchester
• Fareham

• Provide companionship to elderly or disabled clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide transportation services to medical appointments or errands.
• Prepare meals and snacks for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and dusting.
• Monitor medication schedules and administer medications as needed.

Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.

Work within Platinum Care at Homes guidlines , Policies and Procedures.

All staff are supported by the managment team and will receive regular face to face meetings.
