Customer Service Support

My client in Bromsgrove is seeking a Customer Service Support Agent due to continued growth. The successful candidate will be able to efficiently and accurately process customer orders ensuring a steady flow of work in the operations team.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

  • Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week. Your normal working hours are from 09.00am to 3.00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive of a 20-minute lunch break.
  • You will be required to work 39 weeks per year between September and July. You are not require to work during school holidays, including half-term holidays.
  • Ability to buy up to 5 days of unpaid leave during school term-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing customer orders
  • Liaising with Warehouse/Operations, Sales, Purchasing and Customers to resolve any order queries efficiently
  • Telephone answering
  • Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries enthusiastically
  • Other customer service duties and office admin duties

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES

  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Team player who goes the extra mile
  • Obsessed with Customer Service with experience working in customer related roles
  • Work well under pressure managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of accuracy
  • Competent IT skills in MS Office and standard ERP/order processing software systems

SALARY

£17,500 per annum, rising to £18,000 after six-month probationary period, you will also receive a £100/month bonus after probation subject to company hitting sales target. Laptop provided.
