We have an opening for a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) role with our direct Hospital client in Cardiff CF5.

As a Staff Nurse, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team comprising various professionals. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality care within a secure, specialized mental health rehabilitation and recovery environment catering to individuals with Personality Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and Enduring Mental Illness.
You will operate within a defined career development trajectory, expected to complete an appropriate competency development portfolio.
Shift Patterns:

• Day shifts: 07:30 to 19:45.
• Night shifts: 19:30 to 07:45.
• Salary: 40455 ponds per annum

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities:

• Registered nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
• Ability to develop and implement flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
