Payroll, Benefits and Compliance Administrator

Reed accountancy are recruiting a Payroll Administrator for a large firm based in Woolpit. You will be supporting the payroll team to ensure that all employees are paid correctly and on time.

Details:

• Full time (37.5 hours) or part time

• Permanent

• Office based in Woolpit.

• Hybrid working

• Salary £27-32k

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership of processing multiple end to end payrolls, ensuring we pay our people accurately and on time.

• Administer flexible benefits and company pensions.

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers, and respond to complex, pay and benefit queries.

• Work as a team member to identify process improvement and maintain data accuracy of payroll systems.

• Adhere to legislative requirements when processing payroll whilst ensuring company policies are observed.

About you:

• Previous experience within payroll or from a financial background.

• Excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and thrive with the challenge of regular deadlines.

• Excellent data accuracy and numeracy skills.

• A self-motivated team player with an appetite to maintain payroll related skills and competencies.

• Maintain and stay abreast of changes to employment and payroll legislation via continual personal development.
