Onsite Planning Executive

• Contract: full time, permanent
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 1.30pm - 10.30pm (1 hour lunch break) and 1 in 3 weekends worked, with two days off in the week
• Location: Northampton NN6 7GZ - this will be based on site at Crick 
• Salary: £26,500 per annum (salary pro rata) 

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Onsite Planning Executive. This role is integral to ensuring the facilitation of onsite operational delivery to our prestigious customer. You will be part of a collaborative team, focused on achieving customer satisfaction, supporting our workforce, and acting as an ambassador for our business.

• Ensure shift fulfilment aligns with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage the worker sign-in/out process and create necessary documentation.
• Support payroll processes for timely and accurate customer submissions.
• Assist with resolving pay and general worker queries effectively and promptly.
• Support the centralised recruitment team with local attraction and recruitment activities.
• Oversee the induction, onboarding, and engagement of new starters.
• Provide support for informal issue management and formal HR case management.
• Complete all required reporting and attend internal/external meetings and worker briefings.
• Maintain up-to-date training and systems records.
• Manage worker attendance issues and follow up as necessary.

• Experience within the recruitment industry, with onsite customer-facing roles being advantageous.
• Self-motivated with the ability to identify and set strategic objectives.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service that meets customer SLAs and deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and compliance with agreed processes.
• IT literacy, particularly with MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
