As a Sales Advisor based in our Northampton Branch you will be responsible for:

• Serving customers on the trade counter providing product information and processing orders ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Answering incoming calls and emails, responding with a professional and proactive approach.

• Working as part of the branch team and support in the warehouse, dealing with goods in/out and picking customer orders.

This is a part time role working 20 hours per week

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers to provide outstanding customer service.

• Industry experience would be beneficial however not essential as full training can be provided.

• Sales or customer service experience

• Willingness to learn and open to ask questions to take onboard all of the training available
