Administrative Assistant

Our client, a family run business who comprises farming and haulage enterprises and related activities are looking for an Administration Assistant on a part-time permanent basis.

The role will be based near Farnell, Angus and, owing to the location of the business, it is essential
that candidates have their own transport.

Key duties of the role:

- Processing invoices for our goods and services in a timely manner.
- Assisting with audits relating to assurance schemes.
- Entering data and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with management, other staff, and customers to ensure that all tasks are completed
accurately and to schedule.
- Efficiently and professionally responding to queries by telephone, email and in person.
- Other administrative tasks as required, in collaboration with the broader administrative team.
Key candidate requirements:
- Experience of administrative work, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, proactive and able to use own initiative.
- Able to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and able to adapt to different software
packages.

Working days are Tuesday-Thursday and hourly rate is £12.30.
